NidhiNote is a cloud-based software service operated by WayBig Creators, a proprietorship registered in Tamil Nadu, India. This policy applies to NidhiNote websites, accounts, subscriptions, demos, support interactions and related services.
By using NidhiNote, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you use NidhiNote on behalf of a business or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide and manage the information entered into the platform.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use NidhiNote, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Name, business or company name, email address, phone number and billing address.
- Tax and business identifiers such as GSTIN and PAN when entered by the user.
- Account and login information used to access your organization workspace.
- Customer, vendor, product, inventory, invoice, transaction, payment, expense and other business records entered into NidhiNote.
- Images, documents or other files uploaded by users.
- Messages, enquiries and information shared with our support team.
- Cookie, session and technical information needed to keep users signed in and operate the service.
You control the business information you enter into your NidhiNote account and are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process that information.
3. How We Use Information
We use information collected through NidhiNote to:
- Create, maintain and secure user accounts and organization workspaces.
- Provide invoices, inventory, customer, vendor, payment, expense, reporting and related product functions.
- Process subscriptions, account renewals and service administration.
- Provide demonstrations, onboarding, customer support and technical assistance.
- Diagnose technical issues, maintain backups and improve reliability and usability.
- Prevent misuse, unauthorized access, fraud or activity that could affect the platform or its users.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, regulatory or lawful authority requirements.
We do not currently send marketing emails as a necessary part of the service. If promotional communications are introduced, users will be provided with appropriate choices where required.
4. Payments and Third-Party Processing
NidhiNote does not currently operate its own card-processing system. If online card payments are enabled in the future, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment gateway.
When a third-party payment gateway is used, payment card details may be submitted directly to that provider rather than stored by NidhiNote. The payment provider's own privacy and security terms will apply to information processed through its systems.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
WayBig Creators does not sell NidhiNote customer data. We do not share customer information with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide payment or infrastructure services when introduced, protect NidhiNote and its users, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or support a business transfer involving NidhiNote where permitted by applicable law.
6. Cookies
NidhiNote uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to support user sessions, remember relevant account or interface information, and keep the platform functioning correctly.
Cookies may contain identifiers or technical data associated with the user's session. Core customer, invoice, inventory and business records are maintained within NidhiNote's application databases rather than being treated as browser cookies.
You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies that are necessary for authentication or session management may prevent parts of NidhiNote from working properly.
7. Security and Backups
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect NidhiNote information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. Customer data is backed up as part of our service operations.
No internet service, storage platform or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for notifying us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
After an account or subscription is cancelled, NidhiNote may retain the account's data for up to 30 days to support account closure, recovery requests, technical administration or legal obligations. After this period, the related customer data is scheduled for removal from the active database, subject to any information we are legally required to retain and normal backup lifecycle processes.
Customers may request deletion of their account or data by contacting support@nidhinote.com. We may need to verify the requester and account ownership before processing a deletion request.
9. International Use
NidhiNote is available to users in India and internationally. When you access NidhiNote from outside India, information may be processed in locations used to provide the service. You are responsible for determining whether your use of NidhiNote and the data you enter complies with laws applicable to your organization and location.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when NidhiNote's features, business practices, payment systems or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will indicate the current version.
